Dave Fires an ACE 21/12/19
Congratulations to long serving member Brian Southworth AKA Dave, as he SLAM DUNKS the par 3 16th with an ACE in the Winter Xmas Fayre round 9. Lets see if its enough to take the victory?
Sasha who unwittingly qualified for the Divot Party Trophy through his determination to make sure the Club Championship course preparation went ahead, so much so he did it single handed. In tough conditions with several winter greens Sasha was able to best Ged Grogan and Stu Mason (both Nett 71) by just one stroke.
Congratulations to the Senior (semi proffesional ) pairing of Bob Kay and George Sainthouse taking the fiercely contested Royles Challenge Trophy with 75 points (aggregate Stableford) on count back to the Trophies namesakes. Neil & Stewart Royle.

JS Chorlton Trophy Winners
Keith Ralston & Mark Snape
Congratulations winning the JS Chorlton Trophy with an impressive 49 points betterball format. Nearest competition was 3 back with Nathan Butterworth and Andrew Wood.
Monthly Medal Final Winner with 65 Nett. A fantastic start front 9 going 5 over gross sets up for a stunning back 9 with one birdie and only three bogies. Beating Sash Neersoo who sadly opened up by rinsing his ball on the 1st to finish with a 66 Nett. What could’ve been.
